About ICETAG

In 2007, our mom was involved in an accident when a truck ran into and over the car she was in. She was unconcious when good Samaritans took her to hospital. However, the hospital declined to provide medical attention until a family member came to sign off. It was a couple of hours before any of us was tracked down.

ICETAG was born from the worry we each have, but are afraid to speak out loud. In Case of an Emergency (ICE), what happens to me if I couldn’t speak?

If something happens, we want our family to know. We want them next to us as soon as possible. We want to get appropriate medical attention.
