The website allows users to view and purchase Medical Alert Bracelets and In Case of Emergency ID products and related services and merchandise. Before accessing, visiting or using the website, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions contained herein. Each person that purchases the products, services or merchandise on the website must be (i) eighteen (18) years of age and (ii) fully able and competent to abide by these terms & conditions.

The website includes suggestions and examples regarding information to enable a user purchase a Medical Alert Bracelet or an In Case of Emergency ID Product, as well as general language that may assist first responders and medical care providers in rendering more timely and proper medical care. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that (i) any such suggested information will be sufficient to fully alert third parties as to an individual’s identity or next of kin contacts, medical condition(s), (ii) proper, effective or more timely medical care will be rendered as a result of wearing a Medical Alert Bracelet or an In Case of Emergency ID product or (iii) a Medical Alert Bracelet or an In Case of Emergency ID product will be noticed by third parties, including first responders and medical care providers and we hereby disclaim any and all liability with regard to claims based on or relating to any of the foregoing.

USER ACCOUNTS AND PASSWORDS

When you register as a user of the website, you will be required to provide us with a user name and password. Providing a user name and password will allow you to create a User Account to access, download, use, or purchase products and/or services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password. You are also responsible for all uses of your account and password, whether or not authorised by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your User Account. In such an event, you will need to provide a new password. TERMS OF SALE OF PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE

Payment: The user agrees to purchase products, services or merchandise in accordance with the pricing as set forth on the website. All payments are transacted through third-party payment platforms. ICE TAG Limited does not collect or store any payment information. All such information is collected and used by the Payment Processors in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction.

Billing Before Shipment:
For orders placed through the Website, payment may be captured up to 7 days before the order is shipped.

Shipping:
Delivery of products, services and merchandise will take 3 – 7 days.

Cancellation:
An order once placed and accepted by ICE TAG Limited can be cancelled only with ICE TAG Limited’s written consent and under terms which will reimburse ICE TAG Limited for any loss, cost or expense attributable to the cancellation. The user acknowledges that any cancellation charges assessed in order to reimburse ICE TAG Limited for its losses, costs, and expenses are not to be construed as a penalty. The user shall remain liable for any orders cancelled and not consented to in writing by ICE TAG Limited.
